Warda Studio Apartment Policies

Check-In Time 02:00 PM | Check-Out Time 10:00 AM

• No smoking is allowed
• No pets are allowed
• No events/parties are allowed
• Respect the neighbours keep your voice down
• Keep the apartment in the same condition you found it
• Kindly note that not complying with the rental and house rules might, in certain cases, lead to an immediate termination of the rental agreement on our part without any refund. 
• Heating/cooling system is not to be left on when guests are out.
• There is cleaning fee of 45 euro.
• Any incidents must be reported to the owner immediately
• Please note that the rate quoted does not include ECO Tax an amount € 0.50 cents (per person, per night) - Up to a maximum of 5 euro per person.
• The Guests shall pay the owner rate of €250 as security deposit (refundable subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation).

Cancellation Policy

• a 30% refund of the deposit if cancelled at least four weeks before check-in.
• a 15% refund of the deposit if cancelled at least two weeks before check-in.
• If cancelled later not refund will be given.

To fully secure your booking a 30% deposit is to be paid after booking is made. You will receive an email with the the bank details.
